How the Deck Works:
Ruric punishes your opponents with 6 damage for casting anything other than a creature spell. This deck only has creatures and lands so you wont get taxed. Your opponents will have a difficult time.

Whenever a player casts a noncreature spell, Ruric Thar deals 6 damage to that player.
