Refund policy
Cancellations:
We only issue store credit for cancellations of unshipped orders, preorders, or backorders. No exceptions.
Returns:
Trading card games are non-returnable. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, we cannot offer you a credit or exchange.
Returns and cancellations are issued as store credit only.
To be eligible for a credit, your item must be unopened (all seals intact and unbroken), unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging it was sent with. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for any item.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Trading cards - including Magic the Gathering, Pokémon, Flesh and Blood, Lorcana, Grand Archive, and any other trading card games. (This includes opened or unopened trading cards, singles, and commander decks)
- Booster Repacks
- Digital goods, redeemable codes, or other downloadable or emailed content
- Free or discounted products. For example: buy one get one free items.
Partial Credit:
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Incorrect items returned
- Items returned in a different condition
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Credits:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- If your return is approved, then your credit will be processed and a code will be issued for the amount minus any restocking or return shipping fees.
- A restocking fee is applicable to all returns except if it is the result of our mistake, such as a wrong item received or if items have arrived damaged.
- Credits will expire 60 days after being issued.

- To complete your return, we require an order number, receipt, or other proof of purchase.

If you haven’t received a credit yet, first check your email or spam folder.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@crustygames.com.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@crustygames.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable for returns that are not a result of our mistake. If you receive a credit for a reason that is not our fault, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. No refund or credit will be issued for items lost or damaged in the mail.
